The Real Truths of Life – 1. Nature of Living Beings


  1. Be Honest, yet Smart.
  2. Be Good, be kind, yet exercise the same with wisdom; free flow of goodness and kindness should create and transform the same; but it’s not so in reality. Both will be seen as weaknesses and vulnerability to be exploited.
  3. Humility and kindness and forgiveness leads to more misery, in fact.
  4. Be humble to the extent not being arrogant only. (Choosing humility over arrogance carefully.)
  5. Humility and simplicity are virtues, but seen as weaknesses and folly by most in reality.
  6. Don’t let negative/bad/virus/evil people (with such intent and nature) in your life – they will try to stick to you with their cunningnenss, but once you know, just throw them off out of your life. If you still give them a chance, they will destroy your firewall and your life and peace. And how you know it? It’s Nature. Nature of people remains the same unless really miracle or inner silent dormant conscience or shock transform those people. Once your wisdom and intuition convey that the nature of the people (in question) are of bad and destructive / evil; stay out of it. Sometimes honestly staying out of it can do harm to you, as they may sabotage you or trick you; so be smart and keep away.
  7. Last but not the least, this is not the end of the list of real truths and Nature of Living Beings.

Healthy and Natural Food Habits – 1. Eat more Veg / Plant-based food


Healthy Natural Food Habits: Plant-based food.
Reiteration why better be Veg (food-wise – plant-based food); especially habit of Mondays and/or so on (at least every other day complete Veg, or more Veg and very less meat every day; so we eat various things (that we want) and still be healthy. Religion based attachment has a benefit, to make it a more of habit, it’s put into custom/belief. And best thing to know/feel /experience is trying oneself.
Apart from that, do exercise some or the other way (everyday or every other day).
So called West and so called modern people questioned Veg food practice, but not now but for quite some time / years adopting the Eastern Veg way approach. It doesn’t mean that only Veg foolproof, nor non-Veg food will make you unhealthy so much so that die instantly.
But a healthy and more natural habit or practice for humans.

Eat Fresh. Eat Healthy. Eat natural (not nature!). Eat more Veg, and as less non-Veg as possible.
Beware of impurities and pesticide, synthetic and artificial based food.
Depend less on refrigerated or frozen food or outside (not homely/home) food. Avoid as much as possible.
Time to be Home, Home (home-prepared) hygienic and natural and healthy and real-tasty food.
Be less on soda or soda based drinks or so (less fried food even though baking soda!).
Also do fasting someday (at least once in every two weeks) – means simplest natural hygienic Veg food; not being without food.
And encourage proper healthy and hygienic farming/cultivation and collect food produce out of that or such sources.
