Healthy and Natural Food Habits – 1. Eat more Veg / Plant-based food

Healthy Natural Food Habits: Plant-based food.
Reiteration why better be Veg (food-wise – plant-based food); especially habit of Mondays and/or so on (at least every other day complete Veg, or more Veg and very less meat every day; so we eat various things (that we want) and still be healthy. Religion based attachment has a benefit, to make it a more of habit, it’s put into custom/belief. And best thing to know/feel /experience is trying oneself.
Apart from that, do exercise some or the other way (everyday or every other day).
So called West and so called modern people questioned Veg food practice, but not now but for quite some time / years adopting the Eastern Veg way approach. It doesn’t mean that only Veg foolproof, nor non-Veg food will make you unhealthy so much so that die instantly.
But a healthy and more natural habit or practice for humans.

Eat Fresh. Eat Healthy. Eat natural (not nature!). Eat more Veg, and as less non-Veg as possible.
Beware of impurities and pesticide, synthetic and artificial based food.
Depend less on refrigerated or frozen food or outside (not homely/home) food. Avoid as much as possible.
Time to be Home, Home (home-prepared) hygienic and natural and healthy and real-tasty food.
Be less on soda or soda based drinks or so (less fried food even though baking soda!).
Also do fasting someday (at least once in every two weeks) – means simplest natural hygienic Veg food; not being without food.
And encourage proper healthy and hygienic farming/cultivation and collect food produce out of that or such sources.

Merry Christmas!

It’s the Christmas Eve and still Eric is busy, in fact, lost in fixing his next big thing in Telecommunications. He has been working relentlessly more than passionately to make it on the floor, I mean his next breakthrough technology. But he has just been missing something to rock it and roll on. He has been so lost and out of touch with his own life, his family – the world that matters to him the most.
As Ena (Eric‘s wife) has been carrying and almost all alone taking care of their baby who is about to come out to this lively world! As the the doctor’s team are putting their best efforts to make it all smooth for Ena and the baby, Ena has been obviously missing Eric by her side for a long long time. In fact, Eric has even forgotten all that he and Ena are going to be parents and the medical team is even in their house for Ena!
As the Christmas Eve is all set to make a transition into Merry Christmas, there comes the new baby out to the world! The baby child’s first cry just makes the whole house and surrounding so lively and musical that suddenly Eric even jumps with happiness than out of joy in his confined world! The medical delivery teams shouts with joy ‘it’s a boy…’, Ena is so happy after lot of pain she has had to go through, Eric rushes to the room! Every body is so ecstatic and here goes Merry Christmas in chorus! Eric holds on to the baby and says to Ena, “it’s our baby, our son”! Ena befittingly with a smile says to Eric, “Yes Eric, it’s your son, it’s my son, it’s our son! You are a father, and how can I express how it has been feeling being a mother!”. Eric and Ena are so happily close to each other now with the baby. It doesn’t matter to them whether it’s a boy or a girl! They are relishing the moment that they are again truly together and smiling!

Eric realises, the best innovation in the world is Life! Now he realises he has been part of this eternal innovation! He realises all the science, technology, equipment etc. don’t matter at all in front of this greatest natural innovation ‘Life‘. As we communicate our feelings, the joy through our smiles, eyes and some uttered and expressed words! Everything else is secondary and they will keep coming.

(As very soon Eric gets it all right virtually with little effort in his gigantic innovation lab.)

What’s more? How much is too much, India?

Even keep all the factors aside- the global/external economy turmoil, scams, corruption, bad/failed governance, falling IIP, policy paralysis, Govt inaction, Lokpal log jam etc, just wondering what if it was a bad to worse monsoon in 2010 or 2011! Then was it possible to recover from the second recession/dip!? Would a bad monsoon prompt or force the Govt to take concrete real positive action and implementation instead of complete disaster inaction or some show offs like some bills passed for the name sake just as today the 13Dec2011? Well, India still should fill lucky as no big natural disaster has happened in the past two years. That will be the last thing any body would even fear.
Regarding the stock markets: well, when there is clarity, growth, affirmation, automatically money in form of FII (yes, that’s the reality, FII flow has been the determining factor on which side the market trend is!) will flow into the Indian markets, in fact, the right strong growing companies’ stocks. In fact, the current situation in the global arena is the best opportunity for India to act right, and automatically many things will fall in place. India, don’t miss this opportunity, you have missed it just earlier. As opportunity doesn’t knock the door twice at least so immediately.
Now coming back to the implementation/functioning, no doubt a clear anti-corruption practice/system at least will kinda make sure whatever is happening, positive or negative is not a show off or hidden scam or trap. I am not sure how a big (yes, big, we need even a big one practically) Lokpal or anti-corruption body/department/system will also remain corruption free practically until we really inculcate the anti-corruption culture not just in the heads but in practice as our very character.
(Well, I know and believe the roots of India than any part or country in the world are still very strong but the display has been completely dormant, actually no show at all! It’s time to switch from hibernate mode to normal system mode.)
