Hiring! Hiring! Only Natives of this State!

as the social and news media have made this an outrage, I wonder why! It’s their choice. Here being open, honest & crystal clear upfront. Will they now ban entire Gujarat/is and businesses state-wide in Maharashtra?

In India, it keeps happening to many other natives. and It’s Indian culture only. Politics be it in Administration, govt, orgs, Industries, software / IT, keeps happening mainly because of the nativity or bias so to say, as it’s their choice.



Own experiences:



a Pune company not long ago required only native of Pune.

Only thing that they don’t get viral or bashing.

When I asked, I was given an excuse that non-Pune people back out after getting offer! And no assurance can appease them.



Another: slurs upon me, I had stated my salary expectation upfront as it’s usual in any response email and otherwise. But they wanted to recruit in a fraction of the amount even well below my then/previous salary. so I said #NO. Immediately the recruiter lady used my native state name & hurled abuses for her selfish sales target. I still held patience, calm and requested not to do it. But she wouldn’t stop; after her unfair unprovoked rantings, thankfully call ended.



Similarly many instances. #Bangalored!



Lesson: 1. even for jobs/employment, don’t respond to all whatever the situation, normal, good or bad or worst.

2. It’s just normal in India, it’s not about citizen, it’s always the region, state, nativity abuses. Move on.

3. It’s normal sales practice; people’s culture. Trying/taking advantage of people’s nicety. You can be rude back and give it all back as well. Nothing wrong. I didn’t nor do. But now I won’t stop any either.

by the way Companies offer position based out of Bangalore, not Bengaluru, mention Bangalore: every letter & communication only “Bangalore” but namma Karnataka don’t vandalise/demolish these big/med/small corporates at all. Only innocent or non-violating people get targeted. I use from day one Bengaluru/Bangalore in formal communication/resume / any (govt related things, only Bengaluru), and still get racially abused again & again everywhere.



Similarly Sivaji Nagara in BLR, but border disputes Belgaum; vandalism, fights & outrage by Karnataka & Maharashtra.



I recall in Chennai, a Tamil lead in my company using nativity/language excuse in official project meetings & discussions hampering my work. I bought a Tamil learning book, even for US!



“But will somebody give sales, aid, recruitment in the name of my nativity? in my current despair situation!”
Not a single paisa! or help!
Even my own state/country so to say don’t help me! Will companies do ever? Shouldn’t I get a good offer/income immediately because I am native or not of so and so? Human rights?

Skills, Knowledge, work/experience, proven/reputation, ability, capability, competence, virtues don’t matter. It’s all negativity that matters, and so do personal, social, organizational bias.

1. So what happened in Rama Navami thr wrongful act and attempt to Lynch and hijacking in Bengaluru isn’t shocking in that respective.

2. If the so called modern democracy was in place back then, Shree Ram and Laxman ji would have been booked and karavas or jailed , and their livelihood would have been taken away under Sexual Harassment and violations of modesty, attempt to rape /gang rape, murder etc. with respect to Surpanakha.
And they would have been termed as anti society, anti social elements, anti women, posh, and all bad naming and mouthing…
And extreme further victimization and targeting. Suo Motu court actions, govt and society etc. endless…
(Dowry, divorce, alimony, and even then and otherwise Sita Viyog still…)

Does India need any new Law? Nope.

Does India need any law at all? especially new law?

Nope.

Laws are meant to incur discipline, fear, obedience, following, implementation; and control crimes and incidents to a large extent if not eradicate completely.

India/subcontinent has always seen through history and occurences, that Laws are just abused on the contrary. Exploited to let go off the actual culprits and accused and make genuine victims just suffer multifold if crime/incident/wrongdoing wasn’t enough.

And money making and time taking (wasting) formula so to say.

Especially whenever it states to deal with the atrocities particularly. And to fast-track such lawwise justice and trials.


Example: women-oriented or organized crimes. Religion. Workplace. Harassment. What not?

Dowry phenomena. Goonda. Rape. Vishaka. Nirbhaya. Water Electricity deprivation. Untouchability. Caste related. Religion Related. Lynching. Murder as typical. Assault as typical. Fraud as typical. Corruption as typical. Bribery as typical. Workplace harassment. POSH. etc.

So called Laws always exploited and abused and unleashed to the genuine honest law-abiding people to be specific actual strong (mentally and physically, internally, spiritually, humanly) ones instead. So that the others such inspired or daring or genuine fall in line or vanish or convert to their “religion/cult” of crimes and atrocities instead. So the crimes and wrongdoings become the norm and societal virtues instead of sins!


The “Damini” movie famously infamously (as also other acts, movies etc.) emphasised that. Taarikh pe Tarikh.

Dates after Dates. Mental and Physical torture, harassment to the witnesses, or genuine citizens, or good “Who”mans.

So called Big Lawyers manipulating. Police system.
Women and Men and others whoever genuine or tries to act good and stand and fight for the truth always being suffered and ousted or murdered. Whatever remains is even pathetic.

And the guilty and the criminals are always being protected and shown good in the society. Because Society by its nature likes and respects, promotes bad. And tortures the genuine honest true always with slightest chance.
They cause even multifold tortures, atrocities, alienation, deprivation, denial of basic rights so openly and happily.

Hence India/subcontinent doesn’t need any new laws at least.

Who even bothers about the so called new labour code, and Bharatiya Samhita?

CAA for that matter. Or so called Supreme Court guidelines if Government things and acts weren’t enough.

R Ashwin and Mother illness

Probably this is such a first instance especially in the modern/current times that a player has withdrawn from a Test Match (WTC) midway, and that too after achieving the special feat of 500 wickets.

I think unanimously across the world of cricket etc. all have supported him fro making family as topmost priority and taking a break though it meant India / the team losing a premium world-class blower and allrounder in home turfs and the prospect of losing match if close or hopefully a draw on a seemingly batting wicket so far.

On the plus side that has motivated the team so much and collectively they have lifted themselves up and captured the run amassing and must be feeling comfortable England team by surprise ! 3rd day onwards India is without its top player and why not! But game has turned on its head and India taking commanding position with each passage of play.

Interestingly, the all time great as also revered as God (Cricket) Sachin Tendulkar still continued to play in the Men’s ODI World Cup 1999 even after demise of his father, as his family encouraged and said not to come for family reason but to server for national/ World Cup cause and that would be a better tribute.

that marks a few remarkable points.

• Trigger and Support Up: When a team member/senior is out due to personal reasons out of nowhere especially with regards to a parent / mother as is any such illness or unfortunate things are, lift yourself up and all spirits and positivity and determination up , to win.
• Wearing black band in support and declaration to the world we are all with our team member in his difficult family times as this.
• Family First, Profession/Job is only after that. As that moment wouldn’t come back, too.
• Mental Health priority. Focus on what’s important in the list.
• And it’s the Weekend! More spectators to even watch the match in person/ stadium. Cricket is such a sport/game where it’s not one day or a few hours matter but test match of 5 days. Still it’s fine. The evolution of Sports and Sports culture and practices, and adaptability.
• Performance: if you’re distracted for the right/top reasons, attend to that, and come afresh and any way even if you miss that it’s highly unlikely mind and body would let you perform optimally or even performing may be it’s more detrimental to the health and might cause more grievance and injury to the body and mind.
• Performance 2: this kind of things are actual triggers and sporting moments that uplifts. And tests the character grooms or shows oneself. 
• Earlier it was another top player of the team Senior Pro Virat Kohli that Team India missed out as he chose leave of absence initially for the first two matches and then completely withdrew from the series due to personal reasons (mostly wife being pregnant and speculated to deliver the baby) such a Test series vs another top team England!
• Professionalism: despite the difficult times of a colleague, let’s drive that emotion and support into professionalism and occupation or the job in hand, and not have an excuse.
• Team India has been in even worse scenario when the Senior Pro and then captain Virat Kohli left the team midway in the WTC Test series in Australia especially after a record low debacle in pink ball day night test match in Adelaide. Team then under the Vice Captain taking charge and together al rose as Champions and history was scripted. Even back then a rookie/new comer Mohd Siraj performed with much spirit and this match he has delivered so far already exactly after R Ashwin departure from the match.
• A Message to those who have prioritised more and easy money and glamour and taking break and not prioritising Test Cricket but preferring T20 leagues and IPL. So let’s performa and take this opportunity to support a genuine colleague and enhance ours place/position credits as well.
• Code of Ethics and Integrity: don’t fire a person or demotivate or exploit just because the person is facing adversity / family times and wants time off.
• Emotion is fine and not bad. Allow Nature and time take own course/flow.
• Effective Habits, Practice/s and Culture.

And what corporates and software/IT must learn apart from the above?

• Hours of Play not extended. So don’t stretch employees or stake holders. That just kills. Overtime kills. Keep it as choice and don’t enslave or force upon something or threaten nor exploit. But follow the rules and law in spirit and action as well. Let it be Professional, Productive and yet Humane/Empathetic.
• And Day time is the best for Job. Don’t make it late nights or overstretched.
• If boards as such as BCCI who dictates to players taking a balanced and respected approach, why not other corporates and entities and employers be it full time top grade employee or contractors/hired whatever respect/mode!
• Balance Sheet and Money also allows more humane approach not the arrogant nor extreme ways.

Interesting Cricket Fact has come out in this time only. It’s Ashwin’s mother who has advised him to take up spin and not pace (bowling).

So family/member’s contribution is also highlighted and respected with gratitude. Let the facts come out in due course and timely.

Testing Times literally yet Positively.

Tale of Two States

On this auspicious day of prān pratishthā of Ram Lalla Ayodhya Ram Mandir, two things must be done: one to be done away, one to be done, so to say.

Pratisthā:

1. Ayodhya be declared and restored as fully functional independent rajya/state.

Shree Ram be the king, and in his service only if not Bharat ji like person of course not practical in times of today, at least trying in that.

Kiskindhā (Anegundi, Gangavathi, Koppal District of present day Karnataka) be restored as independent state as well.

King be genuine descendant and at best if not accurate lineage, then Sankalp and parampara yukt candidate and legacy.

Tyāg:

2. These two states be declared and in practice be completely madira/alcohol free zone. No drinks of alcohol: no produce, manufacturing nor marketing at all. Total pratibandh/ban/prohibition, please. For eternity. Not just temporary or for the month.

Irony is that Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka are the top two states in India in terms of alcohol (drink) sales and produce. That’s utter disregard and disrespect and harm to our beloved Shree Ram and Hanuman And the legacy and holy place of Ayodhya, and Kishkindhā.

Pilgrimage and mandatory/ritual of vanbaas in Kishkindhā for devotees/devoted family be in practice, of minimum one year in the loving memory and dedication and devotion to Shree Ram and Hanuman living.

Blunder Of India: States

One Big Blunder committed in integration than unification of India in the name of independence or post independence was making India comprising very Big States.

Bhārat / India was of so many tiny, small, big, whatever various forms and sizes of kingdoms. So it should have been like that instead of following the British mode of colonization.

What India needed was ok to let go of Kings and Queens and surrender their respective colonised kingdoms to the Government of India for democracy. At the same time let those kingdoms remain as Rājyas or states. But India and Sardar Patel committed a big blunder in allowing very big unnecessary states and having districts of no governance importance as everything is either state central or centre Central, and thereby fuelled further enmity despite the obvious diversity, culture, practices, pride and independence of each other.

India has been of various different parts.

Huge diversity even of 50 , 100, 200 kilometres. So if each such diversity was allowed as independent under the umbrella of unified integrated India, things would have been a lot better.

If linguistic basis states formed, then why Hindi lands were made of again big states instead of just one big state?

Or as Telangana Andhra bifurcation if language Telugu wasn’t enough?

By having only big states of various sizes and capital oriented Power and thereby administration apathy, discrimination, corruption, it has eroded India of major Independence benefits even though it wasn’t actually Independence but religion basis division and partition, and keeping British Parliamentary democracy or Raj and nomenclature , practices, administration, laws, acts even though (British) quit India.

If North South such huge continued enmity and discrimination, then why not North and South as two big states themselves?

In India, region basis animosity is also well known.

Village to Village animosity is so well known but not as region level that hatred and animosity!

Sikkim is fine that wise.  Goa isn’t because it was under Portuguese control and colonisation, and got whatever independence so late even after the British India’s partition.

Complications and challenges were of having peaceful smooth handover by respective rulers to India than Pakistan in many cases. But once that was done, what was needed was to give independence and empowerment to small if they’re called units of India. Each sp called district would and should have been a state.

So that blunder kept India, whatever formed of, away from unified.

Remember even big districts and some states were further segregated in the name of administrative governance efficiency in past decades?

Even with respect to already formed states as Orissa in 1930s, and so on, then Kendujhar, Puri, Mayurbhanj, etc. would have been states and well doing than so much difference and imparity!

Because same yardstick cannot be applied if we don’t respect and keep intact the very core of the region.

If some history was given respect, then Kalinga would have been a bigger state even ranging to Kanchi.

Maratha region then even during British colonisation!

Hint is the best used in weather reporting and forecasting of the region basis in news channels (at least as was in DD times before complete commercialisation and privatisation throughout or participation). That would have been even more appropriate foundation and logically sound.

But structure was and is so flawed, hence same corruption and indifference. Same deprivation, tragic stories, injustice and exploitation of humans and lives and nature, and so on.

Adivasis must and should have got respective independence and functioning as always close to mother nature or jungles but they were corrupted or made weak, by depriving them of their base. And then of reservation and schedules. That’s not empowerment but denials and deprivation under guise, too. And further animosity was artificially created if long bad blooded history of exploitation, breach of trust and encroachment wasn’t enough! So is the case amongst so many natives, and cultures and regions.

Because respect and independence of smallest logical and physical unit is the most efficient empowerment and independence yet cohesive unification theory and discipline. And good governance overall than same bad governance throughout.

Dhitkaar! Jay Shree… TheOne

Really? You mean, I mean really?

TheOne who was discarded by the loving mother, thrown out of home/palace/rajya, & into the jungle (Raj), so weak, so gullible, as people say “ullu, ullu ka pattha”, just for a set of promises & vachan, couldn’t know nor was there how father died, got hut built and yet abandoned n hunted, is revered & worshipped (whatever) by so many people as the supreme God & Lord!

Somebody said something in agony or anger, insecurity, desire and whatever emotion, so you will just leave? Family is Family. Be a family man! Dhitkaar! Shame!

[Why blame women in the name of mother or accomplice for your own karma, miseries which are nothing but the desires and act of the Supreme Lord Himself!

Father died of a heart attack. What new?

No CPR no hospital, nothing! Ayurveda even couldn’t save him!]

Every point in the journey, something untoward, trouble, sad, bad, tragic incidents! ProblemProne. Miseries. Shortcomings. No achievements. Only pain.

What a tragic unrich life! As they say Panauti! Bad Omen! The one who doesn’t spare anyone of bad luck or bad even himself or family!
